Job Overview

• Permanent, part-time Cleaner position based at HMRC in Washington.
• Responsible for ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and safe to use.
• Maintain high cleaning standards while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop a thorough understanding of the designated cleaning areas and cleaning schedules.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly while following all Health and Safety procedures.
• Complete all required training to perform the role effectively.
• Work as part of a team while also being able to use your own initiative.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Look for opportunities to continuously improve cleaning standards and exceed customer expectations.

Skills and Experience

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to work.
