Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing team members
- Lead, supervise and motivate the in-store team
- Deliver coaching, performance reviews and sales target management
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium retail experience
- Maintain stock control, merchandising and inventory processes
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, brand partners and store teams
- Identify commercial opportunities and customer trends
