• Evenings and weekends required

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Lead shifts and support bar staff
• Help maintain a fast-paced and friendly atmosphere
• Supervise bar staff during shifts
• Open and close the venue
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Manage busy periods efficiently
• Support stock control and cleanliness standards
• Ensure licensing laws and company procedures are followed

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous bar experience essential
• Supervisor or managerial experience preferred
• Confidence working in a busy environment
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and flexible
