SHIFT PATTERN
• Day shifts
• Sunday: 2pm–11pm
• Monday: 2pm–11pm
• Wednesday: 5:30am–2:30pm
• Friday: 5:30am–2:30pm
• Saturday: 2pm–11pm
• Minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed
• Roles from 12 hours may also be available
• Shifts scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Work across all areas of the store
• Act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries
• Build positive and inclusive relationships with colleagues
• Lead the store in the Manager’s absence
• Make balanced decisions and adapt to change
• Coach colleagues, provide feedback and role-model great service
• Look for opportunities to improve service to customers, communities and the planet
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be aged 18 or over
• Experience in a team leader or management position within a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong role model with a passion for customer service
• Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Natural leadership ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Flexible approach to changing circumstances
