SHIFT PATTERN

• Night shifts.
• Weekend availability required.
• Holiday availability required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Help ensure a welcoming and clean environment for hotel guests.
• Support the overall guest experience through excellent customer service.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across back-of-house and public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
• Work with other team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with guest luggage as required.
• Maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms and other public areas.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are well-stocked and readily available.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate positively with guests and colleagues.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Physical stamina to lift or move items when required.
