ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support the kitchen with the running of your section.
• Act as a role model for the kitchen team.
• Develop your knowledge and skills within the kitchen.
• Maintain a strong eye for detail.
• Take an active role in keeping stock loss and food waste to a minimum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Confidently run a section within the kitchen.
• Supervise the kitchen team and act as a positive role model.
• Accurately date and label produce within your section.
• Rotate stock to minimise waste.
• Help ensure the security of stock at all times.
• Take responsibility for maintaining high standards within your section.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for working in the food and hospitality industry.
• Confidence running a kitchen section.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to develop kitchen knowledge and skills.
• Ability to supervise and support other kitchen team members.
