ABOUT THE ROLE
• Build, develop and maintain customer relationships
• Establish customer requirements
• Prepare, submit and follow up customer quotations
• Process customer orders
• Provide basic technical support on Rubix products and services
• Introduce customers to new products and services
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Proactively contact traders and prospective customers to generate additional business
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Good administrative skills
• Confident using Microsoft packages including Outlook and Excel
• Experience within a sales environment preferred
• Knowledge of a similar industry preferred but not essential
• Full training provided for basic technical product support
