About The Role
LaDolce Cucina, a sister company of LaCucina Lounge Deli, is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Baker’s Assistant to join its friendly team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves baking, cake decorating and creating delicious desserts. You will work alongside experienced bakers, helping prepare, decorate and finish cakes, tray bakes and other sweet treats.
Previous baking or cake decorating experience is beneficial but not essential, making this a potential opportunity for someone keen to develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing cakes, tray bakes and desserts.
- Help decorate and finish cakes to the required standard.
- Prepare buttercream, fillings, toppings and decorations.
- Assist with baking, mixing and ingredient preparation.
- Add finishing touches to cakes and other sweet treats.
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and organised.
- Package products and prepare customer orders.
- Support general kitchen duties to help daily operations run smoothly.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
