About The Role:
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate its sales team at the Metrocentre in Gateshead. The successful candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, support sales performance and ensure the team meets individual and store targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to meet short- and long-term objectives.
- Coach, develop and train team members to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Promote a customer-focused approach and help build customer loyalty.
- Ensure company procedures are followed and available sales tools are used effectively.
- Monitor competitors and local market activity, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion or lifestyle retail.
- A passion for leading, motivating and developing team members.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
- Strong commercial awareness and brand knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience in networking and building relationships.
