About The Role:

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is looking for enthusiastic Bar Team Members who are passionate about delivering an excellent guest experience.

You will work across different food and beverage areas of the hotel, helping guests enjoy their visit while maintaining service standards. You will also keep up to date with prices and promotions, advise guests and help maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service across the hotel’s food and beverage areas.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
• Keep up to date with prices, offers and promotions.
• Advise guests about products and services.
• Support sales and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
