About The Role:
Vertu Ford Newcastle is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join its established team. The role involves acting as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a positive experience throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair needs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Manage customer expectations at every stage.
- Recommend additional products and services where appropriate.
- Help ensure customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver high standards of service.
- Previous Service Advisor experience is advantageous but not essential, as training and development will be provided.
