Electrician has over £2000 worth of equipment stolen from car break in

A Sunderland electrician’s car was broken into overnight with thieves reportedly stealing over £2000 worth of power equipment and tools

The Apprentice electrician had parked his car on Waterloo Street last night behind the Axo Student building.

He woke up this morning to discover the back window had been smashed in with its contents stolen.

He said he feels “sick” from the incident, especially as his step-father is in hospital battling cancer.
