Appeal after three “hard working” youths aiming for Duke of Edinburgh Award have their Bikes stolen

An appeal is being made after three teenage boys had their bikes stolen near Queen Alexandra Bridge.

The boys, who had been working hard to receive Duke of Edinburgh Awards, had been working hard serving others by offering to clean their cars.

Having decided to take a “chill” near the old Ropery and Queen Alexandra Bridge area, they turned their backs only for a group of other youths to steal them.

These are the three bikes that were stolen, anyone who has any information should contact Bernie Sharkey.
