Balloon release tribute planned for Ian Langley
The community of Shiney Row are planning a special balloon release tribute in memory of Ian Langley, who died on Tuesday in a dog attack.
Organisers are asking people to meet on Maple Terrace on Sunday, 8th October at 6pm, and to bring balloons of any colour with them.
Ian, who was known by friends and neighbours as Scouse, is described “as a kind and good hearted fella.”
A 44 year old man was subsequently released on bail today, having been arrested on suspicion of murder following the incident.
