B&M is taking over this former Wilkinson’s store
A former Wilkinson’s store in the local area will be transformed into a B&M, the company confirmed today.
Unfortunately, that isn’t the one in Sunderland City Centre, but the one in The Galleries Washington.
It was announced that the outlet has agreed a 10 year lease accordingly.
Meanwhile, the former unit in Fawcett Street, once home to the historic Binns, remains empty, with hopes remaining that it may be re-leased to become something new.
