Bradley Lowery Foundation Holiday Home in Scarborough for poorly children starts to take shape
Construction of a holiday home in Scarborough funded by the Bradley Lowery Foundation for children suffering with long term illnesses is starting to take shape
The home, which will be called “Super Brad’s Pad” has been a longstanding project of the Bradley Lowery Foundation, led by his mother Gemma, and will be dedicated to providing leisurely, comfort and family time for children with longstanding illnesses.
As stated on their Justgiving page: “We want children to have the opportunities Bradley had when he wasn’t in hospital, we want parents to relax and enjoy each others company, away from the day to day life of being in hospital.“

Years of successful fundraising and planning have not hindered by the pandemic and now construction is progressing, as stated in a recent Facebook post and video by the foundation.
The holiday home is located next to the Scalby Manor Pub at Burniston Rd, Scalby, Scarborough YO13 0DA, with the local council having gifted the site to the foundation. A dedicated team of tradespeople have been working on it ever since.
It is still possible to participate in this project by sponsoring a brick for it, which can have you or your company/organisation’s name on it.
