Concerns after repeated incidents of “three men following young women around” in The Bridges

Concerns have been raised after multiple reports have been made of “three men following young women around” in the Bridges shopping centre.

Over the past few days several alleged incidents have taken place whereby security guards in the shopping centre have had to intervene due to complaints surrounding a group of three men following young women.

This has reportedly included following people into certain shops, most commonly Primark, as well as “waiting at the bottom of escalators.”

One such incident saw security staff have to escort some women out of the centre for their safety. Another resulted in confrontation with the parents of a young girl.

Bridges security guards state that police have been informed regarding these incidents but as no offense has been directly committed nothing can be done.

SGM has seen one image of the alleged trio responsible, standing outside of café Nero but cannot share it or identify them for legal reasons.
