Do you recognise these men? Appeal after tag team shoplifting effort on Chester Road

A Chester Road store has launched an appeal to identify two men that it accuses of a coordinated shoplifting effort.

Robson’s foodstore, near the Sunderland Royal Hospital, posted the CCTV footage on Saturday afternoon.

The store’s owners state the individual on the left created a distraction while the man on the right subsequently stolen stock.

Anyone who can identify them is urged to contact the shop.
