Help vote for the SAFC heaven branch to win TK access solutions community fund

A Sunderland fans memorial group needs your help to vote for them so they can win community funding for North East organisations.

The organisation, known as SAFC heaven branch, is a tribute and memorial to Sunderland AFC fans who have passed away. The branch closely coordinates and supports grieving families as a result, allowing people to forever enshrine the memories of their loved ones and their love for the black cats.

To vote for them please see the form here.
