Section Header: About The Role

• Admiral Slots is recruiting a Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of its Durham venue.

• The position is based within a dual business venue, with responsibilities across both the Adult Gaming Centre and Kwik Tan tanning salon.

• The successful candidate will supervise staff and venue operations while acting as manager in the manager’s absence when required.

Section Header: Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the venue floor and team members during shifts.

• Act as duty manager when management is unavailable.

• Carry and manage the master cash float.

• Undertake key holding responsibilities.

• Complete administration duties.

• Support cash collections and banking procedures.

• Handle customer service escalations and resolve issues.

• Promote offers, promotions and venue events.

• Provide refreshments and snacks to customers.

• Handle cash transactions and provide customer change.

• Conduct age verification checks in line with Challenge 25 requirements.

Section Header: Shift Pattern

• Monday to Sunday with full flexibility required.

• Varied shifts between 8:00am and 2:00am Monday to Saturday.

• Sunday shifts between 9:00am and 10:00pm.

• Bi-weekly Thursday shifts from 6:00am.

• Four days out of seven required each week.

• Additional £1.50 per hour paid for hours worked between 11:00pm and 6:00am.
