• Front of house reception and concierge duties for a blue-chip client
• Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Providing proactive front-of-house support
• Managing the day-to-day running of the reception area
• Answering calls with excellent telephone etiquette
• Maintaining accurate daily logs, reports, and incident records
• Using IT systems confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Responding effectively to emergencies when required

• Valid SIA licence required
• Valid First Aid certification required
• DBS check required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Driving licence desirable
