Role Overview
ASK Italian in Durham is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor to support the management team and help lead day-to-day restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality leadership experience who is passionate about people, great food, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers with smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate the team during service as Manager on Duty
- Deliver consistently high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the management team to drive performance
- Role-model ASK Italian values and service standards
