Contract Details
- Full-time
- 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts between:
- 8am–9pm (Monday–Friday)
- 8am–6pm (Weekends)
Salary
- Starting from £24,050.96 per year
- Monthly performance bonus up to £330 (up to £3,960 annually)

Role Responsibilities
- Support customers through the accident claims process
- Handle inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Provide reassurance and clear guidance
- Maintain accurate records and attention to detail
- Deliver high levels of customer service
