Barclay Real Estate is hiring a Labourer to work on a home in Pallion on a part-time basis.
The role is based at 7 Lincoln Street, SR4 6NW, paying £12.50 an hour with 30–40 hours per week expected. Overtime is available on weekends and evenings, and the job offers flexitime.
This position supports a new property development project and involves general labouring tasks such as unloading deliveries, removing wallpaper/fixtures, painting, and providing general site assistance.
Applicants will need their own PPE. A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
