Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine and periodic cleaning to a high standard
- Follow cleaning schedules and meet SLA requirements
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas (daily, weekly, periodic tasks)
- Report maintenance issues identified during cleaning
- Ensure security procedures are followed (e.g. locking doors)
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality and professional behaviour
- Build positive working relationships with staff and visitors
Requirements
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow schedules and use initiative
- Honest, self-motivated, and focused on high standards
Compliance & Safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Must comply with safeguarding regulations for working with children
