About The Role
- Provide personalised skincare and beauty consultations
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Work on the Liz Earle counter within store
- Meet sales targets and promote in-store offers
- Maintain high presentation standards for the counter
- Complete the 12-month Skin School development programme
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert skincare advice and services
- Act as a brand ambassador for Liz Earle
- Support team performance and contribute to sales growth
- Stay up to date with skincare trends and product knowledge
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Skills And Experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working towards sales targets
- Passion for skincare and beauty
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Previous skincare or beauty experience desirable
