Key Responsibilities
- Support the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop and shop team
- Manage the shop and team in the absence of the Shop Manager
- Open and close the shop
- Manage cash procedures
- Oversee the company Time and Attendance system
- Maintain high shop presentation standards
- Encourage colleagues to share ideas and improvements
- Help identify opportunities to improve shop performance
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Educate and guide the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Accept and process customer bets through betting terminals and the EPOS system
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and introduce customers to digital services
- Ensure compliance with operational, cash management and security procedures
- Adhere to Social Responsibility duties
