- Support the day-to-day operation of the charity shop
- Help manage the movement of donated items from donations to the shop floor
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work as part of the retail team to support the charity’s activities

About The Role
Butterwick Hospice is recruiting a Deputy Shop Manager to join its Bishop Auckland charity shop. The successful candidate will support the busy retail team, helping to move donated items from bags to the shop floor while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the charity’s work. Please note that successful applicants will be employed by Teesside Hospice for this role.
