Cantoro Lounge is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join its hospitality team in Washington. The successful candidate will support the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations, motivating the team and ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience.
The role includes leading shifts, coaching and developing team members, managing rotas, stock and key performance indicators, handling customer enquiries and complaints, supporting recruitment and maintaining the highest food safety and allergen standards. Applicants should have previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor within a restaurant, café, bar or similar hospitality environment.
