About The Role
• Support the day-to-day operation of the catering service at Sycamore Lodge.
• Help create a welcoming dining experience for residents and visitors.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer care.
• Work as part of a supportive catering team.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the kitchen and service areas remain clean, tidy and well-stocked.
• Assist with food service and customer interactions.
• Keep up to date with menus and daily food offerings.
• Provide a warm, friendly and professional service.
• Follow COSHH regulations and food hygiene procedures.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Genuine interest in delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Catering experience desirable but not essential.
• Barista experience desirable but not essential.
