JOB: Support Worker – Waking Nights

Shift Pattern: Waking nights
Key Responsibilities
- Support young men aged 18–25 experiencing homelessness
- Help residents build independent living skills
- Complete support planning and risk assessments
- Manage safeguarding responsibilities
- Support referrals to external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and GDPR compliance
- Report maintenance issues within the accommodation service
- Deliver workshops and practical life support sessions
Requirements
- Experience supporting young people aged 18–25
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Experience with risk assessments and support planning
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Passion for helping vulnerable young people build independent futures
