Claud’s Catering Ltd is recruiting Front of House Staff to join its busy hospitality team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This permanent part-time position is ideal for someone with previous hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
The role involves serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, preparing food and drinks, handling cash and card payments, maintaining a clean and tidy work area, and working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service. Applicants must be available to work weekday evenings, every weekend and until the shop closes, with flexibility to work overtime when required.
Candidates should have at least one year’s hospitality experience, be confident working both independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a busy environment. This is a long-term opportunity and is not suitable for temporary applicants.
