Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 27–40 hours per week (flexible, evenings & weekends required)
Pay: £12.00 – £14.00 per hour + tips (paid weekly)

Role Overview:
Colman’s Seafood Temple is seeking an experienced and confident Section Supervisor to lead a section within its busy restaurant. This is a hands-on role delivering exceptional food and drink service while guiding the customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage your own restaurant section confidently
Take orders and serve food and drink to a high standard
Deliver outstanding customer service with strong menu knowledge
Work closely with the wider restaurant team during busy services
Maintain a welcoming, professional dining environment

Confidence working in a fast-paced restaurant setting

Ability to lead by example and deliver consistent service
