Salary

About the Role
- Provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs
- Support individuals with epilepsy, diabetes, dysphagia and mobility needs
- Assist with daily living, social activities and life skills
- Follow SALT plans and individual support plans
- Work as part of a 3–4 staff shift team
- Promote choice, dignity and independence

- Right to work in the UK
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
