Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage efficient store shifts
- Train and support new Baristas and team members
- Motivate and energise the team during service
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service
- Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Support overall store performance and targets
- Adapt to busy periods and changing priorities effectively
