- Monday to Friday with some Saturdays (rota)
Salary
- £12.21 per hour
- Up to 25% quarterly performance bonus
About The Role
- Support the Store Manager in driving sustainable and profitable sales growth
- Serve retail customers, builders and trade account holders
- Identify and open new customer accounts
- Carry out daily delivery services to customers
- Contribute to store targets through proactive sales activity
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales of decorative paints and sundry items
- Make sales calls and build strong customer relationships
- Handle deliveries as part of the role
- Work collaboratively within the store team
- Lift and handle products up to 20kg
Skills And Experience
- Strong sales or retail experience
- Customer-focused approach
- Confident in achieving sales targets
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently when required
- Team player with adaptable attitude
