Role Overview
David Lloyd Clubs is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team in Sunderland. Working in the Club Room—the social hub of the club—you’ll deliver healthy, high-quality food and exceptional service in a welcoming environment where members work, relax, and socialise.
This is a customer-facing hospitality role suited to someone who enjoys pace, teamwork, and creating great experiences every day of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, high-quality food and beverage service to members
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
- Engage positively with members, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Support smooth day-to-day Club Room operations
About You
- Team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Emergency response qualification desirable (training can be provided)
