About the Role
• Join the hospitality team at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light for the 2026–2027 football season.
• Deliver excellent guest experiences at food and beverage concession kiosks.
• Work in one of the North East’s most iconic sporting and entertainment venues.
• Provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service during football matches, concerts and major events.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests.
• Promote special offers and upsell food and beverage products.
• Operate tills and process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked kiosk area.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
• Follow Delaware North’s service standards and procedures.
• Help create memorable experiences for visitors attending events.

No Experience Required
• No previous experience or degree required.
• Full training provided.
• Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
