• Hours: 18 – 40 hours per week (flexible full-time)

Role Overview:

• Serve hot and cold drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, welcoming environment.
• Work independently and as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and ice cream.
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
• Handle cash and operate the till.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Manage stock and rotation.

Requirements:

• Hard-working, responsible, and mature outlook.
• Strong people skills and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
