About the role
This role leads and develops EPNE’s social media presence, using creative, inclusive and data-driven content to inspire learners, support student recruitment, and strengthen community engagement. You’ll plan and deliver campaigns, manage day-to-day channels, analyse performance, and work collaboratively across colleges to amplify student voices and social impact.
Key responsibilities
Social media strategy and planning
Creative content creation, scheduling and channel management
Online community engagement and relationship building
Campaign development and delivery
Analytics, insights and reporting
Cross-college collaboration with marketing and communications teams
About you
Proactive, creative and values-driven communicator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident across social platforms with hands-on content creation experience
Data-informed, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with experience in a busy marketing or communications environment
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience in marketing or communications
