Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and contractors to the building.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and building access.
• Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensure calls are transferred to the appropriate department within three rings.
• Manage meeting room bookings and appointment schedules.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries received through the shared email inbox.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure communal spaces and meeting rooms are well presented.
• Order and replenish office stationery, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Monitor stock levels across communal areas.
• Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to site management and senior leadership teams.
• Assist residents with general enquiries and support requests.
• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the student accommodation site.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous front-of-house or reception experience is essential.
• Professional, positive, and confident telephone manner.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional and business-appropriate presentation.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
