Details:

Role includes:
- Assisting with food preparation (washing, chopping, measuring)
- Supporting chefs during service
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting catering events and monitoring stock levels
Requirements:
- GCSE (or equivalent) required
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (1 year desirable)
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and food safety
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Durham DH1 3RD
