ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Assistant role focuses on customer acquisition, brand awareness and the practical delivery of marketing campaigns.
It is centred on communication, consumer behaviour and campaign execution rather than social media, graphic design, content creation or digital marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the delivery of live marketing campaigns
• Communicate brand messages clearly and professionally
• Increase awareness and engagement among target audiences
• Build positive customer interactions around represented brands
• Observe customer responses and identify useful insights
• Gather feedback and communicate findings to the wider team
• Support customer acquisition activity
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Curiosity about people, audiences and consumer behaviour
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Creativity and confidence when communicating with different audiences
• Commercial awareness and an interest in how businesses attract customers
• Ability to observe, learn and respond to feedback
• Adaptability in a changing campaign environment
• Confidence presenting information and ideas
• Interest in brands, positioning and customer decision-making
• A marketing degree is not required
