Part-time role (24 hours per week)
Permanent contract
Lead the shop in the manager’s absence
Motivate and support team members
Deliver excellent customer service across all channels (in-store, delivery, Click & Collect, drive-thru)
Prepare food products (including sandwiches and oven work)
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are maintained
Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable
Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable with a positive attitude
Passion for delivering great customer service
Supportive of an inclusive workplace
