Overview:
HARIBO is recruiting two Production Operatives on a permanent basis at its Castleford site. This role supports production line efficiency, quality standards, and food safety within a fast-paced confectionery manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operators in achieving departmental and production targets
• Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment
• Handle and transport products and materials as required
• Complete documentation and carry out routine cleaning and waste removal

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive and positive approach to work
• Passion for the brand and company values
• Previous food manufacturing or production experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
