Role Overview
- Two part-time Supervisory Assistant roles available
- 7.5 hours per week, term-time only
- 1-year fixed-term contract
- Based at Hebburn Lakes Primary School
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during the lunchtime break
- Promote positive behaviour and support school policies
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils aged 4–11
- Support a safe and positive lunchtime environment
- Work collaboratively with school staff and supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to work with primary school-aged children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and responsible approach to supervising pupils
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
