• Hotel Indigo Durham is recruiting a Receptionist to join its Front Office team.

• The successful candidate will be the first and last point of contact for guests, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout their stay.

• The role involves supporting hotel operations, handling guest enquiries and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
