Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the store team using Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles
- Delegate tasks and resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Create a positive environment where colleagues can succeed
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Oversee freshness, cash handling, inventory and stock management
- Deliver an excellent shopping experience for every customer
- Help maintain Lidl’s high operational standards
Working Pattern
- Full-time
- 35-hour contract
- Includes weekend, Bank Holiday and shift work as required
