About The Role
Mando Solutions is recruiting experienced 360 Excavator Operators for work in the Whickham area.
The position offers ongoing work with immediate starts and provides an opportunity to work with a national aggregate supplier and established construction and civil engineering clients.
The successful operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a 360 excavator, supporting site operations and working as part of a wider construction team. Duties also include completing daily machine checks, carrying out basic maintenance and following all relevant health and safety procedures.
The role is offered on a freelance basis, with typical working days of 10–12 hours from Monday to Friday. Optional weekend work is also available.
The advertised rate is up to £22 per hour, with weekly pay and potential long-term opportunities.
Applicants must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS qualification with a CSCS logo and have proven experience operating 360 excavators. Full PPE is required.
