Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the store image is attractive and commercial at all times
- Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Perform store changes quickly and efficiently
- Optimise selling space using analysis and profitability tools
- Monitor sales figures and performance indicators to support product decisions
- Adapt merchandising based on sales results
- Monitor customer profiles, product potential and competitor strategies
- Ensure stock replenishment and additional orders
- Communicate merchandising updates and product information to the team
- Support the management team with specific store duties
Working Pattern
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday
- Full flexibility required
- Maternity cover
Requirements
- Solid merchandising experience within a fashion environment
- Results-driven and sales-oriented
- Passion for fashion
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and adapt
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
About The Role
Mango is recruiting a Visual Merchandiser to join its Newcastle store on a full-time maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting products in a commercial and fashionable way in line with Mango standards to maximise sales while supporting the store management team and maintaining an attractive store environment.
